Rxi Reports Show Incorrect Account Description (Doc ID 2215063.1)

Symptoms

Numerous Rxi reports such as Fixed Assets Book report and Asset Cost Balance Report show incorrect account description, when select the column name :ACCOUNT_DESCRIPTION

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Rxi: Fixed Assets Book report to use column name :ACCOUNT_DESCRIPTION
2. Run the report.
3. This column returns a segment value instead of a description
