Lease Management Invoices are Generated with no Ship To Address on the Invoice Header (Doc ID 2215221.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Invoices generated from Lease Management do not have a Ship To Address displayed on the Invoice header in Receivables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Invoice to have a Ship To address as that is required for Tax purposes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Lease Contract with
  a. two assets making sure that each asset has a different Installed At address
  OR
  b. one or more assets, all with the same Installed At address and a Contract level billable
  fee that is not linked to any Asset(s) AND a Contract Bill To that is NOT the same as the
  Asset(s) Installed At address.
2. Book and bill the contract until invoices are generated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot generate invoices as expected.
