On : 12.2.5 version, QA

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Quality collection plan not triggering Work request based on Condition defined .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Quality collection plan need to trigger Work request based on Condition defined .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Created Collection element Temperature Test, Element Type Attribute , Data type Character.

2) Collection plan --> EAM WORK REQUEST CREATION , Plan type --> Maintenance Inspection.

3) Condition : When Temperature Test is equal to 100

4) Create Work Request .

5) Enter the Quality results .

6) Choose Maintenance Super user responsibility and we can observe no WR is created .

Note: the Work Request Auto Approve box is set to yes and the Asset Number Mandatory is set to no
