In second year of taking Life Cycle Leave, OPNP base needs to be adapted.

When an employee takes Life Life Cycle Leave for a second year, the OPNP Pension Base and Value of Participation needs to be adapted. Oracle payroll must calculate with these adapted values and show them in the ABP report.

Currently there is no working way to override the Pension Basis and Value of Participation for OPNP.

The 'Dutch ABP Pensions Override Information' screen has the possibility to change the Employee Contribution Method & Employer Contribution Method to 'Employer Basis Balance', but Payroll Run then raises the below error :

The 'Dutch ABP Pensions Override Information' screen has also the possibility to enter a specific value for 'Override Value of Participation', but when entering '0' here, no OPNP is calculated nor shown in the ABP report.

'The value returned from formula ABP_PENSION_INFORMATION for O_EE_TYP is NULL.'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll Run NL
2. Dutch ABP Report Archiver
3. Dutch ABP Report
