Goal

The Install Base (I)B Development team found that relationship is not getting created
because IB doesn't create relationship if remnant flag in oe_order_lines_all
is 'Y'.
.
For the test case which customer is performing the remnant flag should not be
set as 'Y' since the quantity ratio of Model and Option Item is complete.
