Symptoms
When attempting to compile 'Chart of Accounts' in key flexfield segments form
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: POST-FORMS-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-12703.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Setup > Financials > Flexfield > Key > Segment
