When inserting the LAST_UNIT_COMPLETION_DATE in WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE to seconds (i.e, 23:59:59) and Run WIP Mass Load, the Completion Date of created new JOB is set to"23:59:59".
This is explained in NOTE:1981709.1 Discrete Jobs Updated Using WIP Mass Load Not Having Seconds In Scheduled_Start/Completion_Date
This behavior is fixed by Patch.19466113, and the upgrade to 12.2.5 is included above fix.
However, on the other hand the WIP discrete JOB form does not accept to input seconds in 12.2.5.
If customer change the seconds value of "23:59:59" of Completion Date to "23:59:00", it can be saved only once, but the following message will pop up:
Note: Seconds may not be entered in this time filed.
After this, seconds value is no longer able to be changed in the form.
Although the WIP Mass load accepts to input seconds, but why does not the WIP Discrete JOB form accept it in 12.2.5 version?
