Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Candidate Self Service

When attempting to to use the resume parsing functionality in iRecrutment External Candidate

Resume extraction is not currently available. Please enter your personal details below.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the companies external site visitor page

2. Once user/candidate is created go to My Account

3. My Personal Details

4. Click on Upload Resume

5. Get Error
