Last updated on DECEMBER 21, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Internet Expenses - Version 11.10.5.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On what basis Expense Report is calculating the conversion rate for Foreign Credit Card transactions.

User has a foreign credit card transaction for GBP to USD with conversion rate 0.667388, however when he/she creates expense for this transaction, the conversion rate is showing as 1.498378729. There is no issue with the amount total or other columns.

Why conversion rates are not in sync between Credit Card table vs iExpense and how they are calculating?
