E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Upgrade Related issues

When attempting to save preferences configured for Patch Wizard (PW) the following error occurs:

ORA-01407: cannot update ("APPLSYS"."AD_PM_PREFERENCES"."OPTION_VALUE") to NULL


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator
2. Navigate to Oracle Application Manager (OAM) -> Patch Wizard Setup -> Patch Wizard Preferences screen
3. Enter the setup options in the fields , then presk OK
4. In the next screen - press ok for update database confirmation.
5. Then the error occurs
