Goal

In the Capital Projects form, the CIP field represents the outstanding capitalizable cost that hasn't been capitalized yet. This is a calculated field in the PA_CAPITAL_PROJECTS_V. CIP = CAPITALIZABLE_COST - CAPITALIZED COST.

Is there a SQL query that will return all the expenditure items and associated cost distribution lines that actually make up that CIP value?
