EAM-self Service-1 Step Material Issue-check On Hand Qty-item Sub Inventory Restrictions Not Working (Doc ID 2217377.1)

When performing one step material issue and when checking the on hand availability (through on hand popup window), all the available sub
inventories are displaying.
This should not be the case since we are using item sub inventory restriction, only the relevant sub inventories should appear even in the on hand details search.

Expect to see the sub inventories based on the restrictions even in onhand details page

Can this be handled as a Bug in the product and fixed?
