Unable to Cancel Internal Sales Order Lines

On : 12.1.3 version, Shipping Transactions form
When attempting to cancel lines on internal sales orders, get the following in the Process Messages form:
Message Text: Unable to save the changes as the corresponding Internal Requisition cannot be updated.
User is not able to cancel lines on all internal sales orders.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Sales order form
2. Query internal sales order
3. Select line and attempt to cancel
4. Get reported message
