Operations Not Displayed for Preventive Maintenance (PM) Work Orders

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For preventive maintenance (PM) work orders, operations are not displayed in some organizations.
Operations should be displayed correctly in all organizations.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management.
2. Navigation: Work Orders -> Work Orders.
3. Query PM work order.
4. Find operations not displayed.
