Customers are testing the concurrent Incompatibilities setup for between Cost manager and their custom concurrent program.

However, cost manager restarted at the same time as start-up time of the custom program, so cost manager fails due to deadlock.

Can it be set incompatibilities in program scope for both Cost Manager and their custom program?
