Problem Statement:

When accessing the payslip, following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch:25250001  (US & CANADA YEAR BEGIN 2017STATUTORY UPDATE).
  2.  Login with Employee Self-Service and go ton Payslip.
  3.  Error occurs.
