Anti-Virus Software Error When Supplier Uploads Attachment (Doc ID 2218105.1)

Symptoms

After enabling the iSupplier Portal Virus Scan user is facing the following error:

ERROR

The anti-virus software could not be run on the attachment Test Scanning. Please disable virus scanning or contact your System Administrator for further assistance.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Connect ti iSupplier Portal as Supplier user.
  2. Try to upload an attachment.
