Standard Recurring Element Entry is Not Reinstated After Reversing Termination (Doc ID 2218455.1)

Symptoms

An element has a standard link and is assigned automatically to employees. If the employee gets terminated and the element entry somehow gets deleted, the element entry is not reinstated when the employee has the termination reversed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign element entry with standard link
2. Element entry gets deleted either before or after termination.
3. Reverse termination - element entry does not get reinstated
