In 12.1.3, when creating a service request and attempting to use the assignment manager functionality, certain resources are not listed that are expected.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to: Service > Service Requests > Search for the Service Request > Select the ‘Group’ > click on the ‘Assignment Manager’ icon > in the list that is returned, there is a resource missing that should be part of this group.”
