Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- After upgrade, Users can't see description of accounts at customer account site business purpose Bill to
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- User should see the account description, in order to help them choose the correct account.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager 2. Navigation: Customers > Customers > Query a customer 3. Customer -> Site -> Business Purpose -> Bill To -> Details 4. The account description is missing.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot see the account description, in order to choose the correct account.
