UPK: Topic Screenshot Turns Black When Launched In See It Mode

In Knowledge Center, when launching a topic in See It! mode the topic loads and displays a black screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into EBS
2. Click the ? mark for In Application Support help
3. Outline loads
4. Click on the topic "How to Use the Oracle EBS" and launch in See It mode.
5. Topic loads and displays black screen.
