Employee Number Not Shown In Project Key Members Form

Oracle Project Costing - Version 12.1.3 and later Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer has a Project, the Key Members form is not showing the employee number of an employee that is no longer active. The Effective From and Effective to dates are correct for the time that the employee was active. Customer is using Grants Accounting.
