After the application of <patch 25102480>:R12.PER.B - VERIFYING SECONDARY DOCUMENT OF RECORD RESULTS IN ERROR the Extra Document Information Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) segments that have been populated for a Document of Record are not showing when Manager clicks on the View icon from the DOR summary page.
