Quantity Mismatch

Symptoms

The onhand quantity for a lot controlled item does not synchronize to the net history quantity for the material transactions.

The issue was NOT identified with inventory standard datafix #1 <Note 279205.1> about onhand versus transaction history (MOQD-MMT Mismatch) -- This is a different issue.
