On : 12.2.4 version, Rent Increase

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The schedule amounts are zero for a monthly frequency payment term when the SCHEDULE YEAR START DATE
value is populated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the schedule amounts should be calculated correctly even for monthly frequency
when the 'SCHEDULE YEAR START DATE' value is populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a monthly Payment term for a lease which has SCHEDULE YEAR START DATE value populated
2. The schedule amount generated for the monthly frequency is zero


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The schedule amount generated by application is incorrect
which results in incorrect / delayed payment amount to suppliers which in turn results
in incorrect expense being reported
