When attempting to copy a MIPR that is in Approved, Rejected status
the newly created/copied MIPR is also in Approved, Rejected status
and thus becomes available in Demand Workbench. The users must
go in and set the MIPR Acceptance Status = Rejected
Issue is that the Rejected MIPR PR should not show up on the Demand Workbench.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement > My Requistions
2. Copy the MIPR that is in Approved, Rejected status
3. The copied MIPR that is newly created is also in Approved, Rejected status
4. This impacts Demand Workbench, the user must then manually go in into the MIPR Acceptance
and save the acceptance
