R12:AP: Undo Accounting Fails when a Future Date Is Set to End Date of Code Combination

Goal
When applying a Generic Data Fix (GDF) patch, some events cannot be unaccounted because the Code Combination Id is not Enabled.
But the end date of the problem code combination is not less than sysdate. That means a future date is set to the end date of the code combination.
In this case, system should consider the Code Combination Id as Enabled.
