Customers Module fails when Defining a New Customer with Error "Failure Of Web Server Bridge"

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, (from 12.06) Customers Module error occurs when defining a new customer site. (the error occurs after selecting the party address and pressing (B) continue.
Suppliers can be created and update and taxes can be updated/created. All are these are web pages and none of them failed
In most cases, pressing back on browser allows completion of creating customer site. (The case on hand is that for particular customer i cannot bypass this error of "Failure of Web Server Bridge")
