ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Saved views on the Procurement Card Transaction History search for are not working

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Saved views on the procurement card transaction history page should return the data saved for it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement Cards Responsibility
2. Procurement Card Transactions History
3. Query for PERSONAL status records
4. Save search
5. Give a name to the new view : and click apply
6. Then user try to use the saved view : Its picking up records of all status.
