Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Payroll - General

It is expected that the system function GET_MX_TAX_INFO use the Date Paid and not Date Earned

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Have a weekly payroll that starts 24-DEC-2016 and ends 30-DEC-2016
2. Check Date is 05-JAN-2017
3. The 2016 minimum wage, 73.04, is being used instead of the 2017 minimum wage of 80.04
4. Is there a way to change the Date earned for this period to force the system to use 2017 Minimum Wage
5. Can the function be changed to Date Paid
