On : 12.2.5 version, Cost Maintenance

Update Standard Costs program default All items instead of Specific item in 12.2.5.
After recently upgrading to 12.2.5 from 12.2.3 found that in Update Standard Costs program is defaulting 'All items' instead of 'Specific item ' in Item Range field.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Cost Management
1. Navigation Path:  Update Costs> Update Standard Costs
