Wrong Display Of Attachments In The Request Form: Source "File Or URL" -1 When Service Request Created From iSupport (Doc ID 2220831.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request


If while the creation of ticket in iSupport an attachment was created and immediately deleted (before the ticket is created!!!), the source for "File or URL" of such attachment is displayed in the request form as "-1" although it was not really created.

Expect not to see the source for "File or URL" of such attachment as it was not really created.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Request from isupport
2. Before submitting add and remove attachment
3. Open the same SR in Create SR form
