Symptoms
When attempting to execute the Service Request Data Purge concurrent program when the Numeric format is set to 10.000,00 (European number-format), the following error occurs:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number Conversion error
ORA-06512: at line 1
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Reque"
STEPS
-----------------------
1. In Preferences set the numeric format to 10.000,00 (European number-format)
2. Execute the Service Request Data Purge concurrent program
3. The reported error occurs.
4. If the numeric format is set to 10,000.00 (US number-format), then no error occurs
