Supplier Address Name Field Does Not Trim Leading Spaces Entered When Committing To Database (Doc ID 2220963.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

In the supplier address detail page, the Address Name column allows to enter Leading spaces and saves those changes to the database. This leads to issues in the AP Remittance Workflow

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Leading and trailing spaces in the Address Name are stripped prior to save the information to the database.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Payables responsibility
2. Navigate to: Suppliers / Entry
3. Query a supplier
4. Navigate to Address Book
5. On any address, change the Address Name to have leading spaces and commit.

-> Notice the leading spaces have been saved to the database, those should've been removed when committing to the database.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate AP Remittances.
