R12: PA: 161213-Time Entries Posted To Wrong Period (Doc ID 2221093.1)

There are more than 9000 rows which were picked-up gl period as OCT-19, it is user error.

Need datafix to post this in current period ( DEC-19)



OCT-2019 period ( future period)  was open due to some reasons.

Now project functional users forgot to open Dec period.  OTL timecards are imported and cost distributed. These labor costs are now having Sept-2019 as GL period.
Since the issue is noticed, the costs are not posted to GL/SLA.

Opened Dec-16 period and tested recalculating cost, but reversal and new line both are picking Dec-16 as GL date.
