Pricing in R12 for Quotes Has Wrong Calculation if the Service Duration Involves a Leap Year (Doc ID 2221128.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Pricing Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pricing in R12 for Quote or Order is different from R11 for leap year for a service item.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Irrespective or whether it is a leap year or a normal year , pricing should not get effected , year pricing for every year should be same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Order Management Super User, Vision Operations (USA) Responsibility
2. Open Quick Quote Form
3. Enter below details
Customer
Order Type
4.Click on Line items
5. Enter Line item
6. Enter quantity as 1
7. Enter Service start and end date as below
line # 1 29-AUG-2015 to 28-AUG-2017 (2016 Feb is a leap year)
line # 2 29-AUG-2016 to 28-AUG-2018 (No leap year in this schedule)
line # 3 29-AUG-2014 to 28-AUG-2016 (2016 Feb is a leap year)
8. Save.
9. Unit price returned for the lines are as below
line # 1 unit price = 305.58
line # 2 unit price = 306.00
line # 3 unit price = 306.42
