Symptoms

Exchange Rate Passed To AR API From CE Is Stored Incorrectly In AR

 Steps to reproduce:

==============

1.Foreign currency receipt is created in AR in Remitted state.
2. Now clear the receipt in Cash management.
Goto Bank Statement, and click on Available
Add bank charges value , say, 10 and reconcile the receipt .
For Example:
Receipt amount = 200 SGD
Exchange rate type = user
Exchange rate = 2
Functional Amount - 100 USD
Exchange rate now is 0.5.
Bank charges 10 is added, exchange rate will be 0.55.
.
This value(exchange rate 0.55) is passed to ARP_CASHBOOK.clear API.
But after the receipt is reconciled, the exchange rate is shown as 1.818.
