Eligible Transactions Are Not Picked Up For Dunning

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running dunning, no letter is getting generated, although the transactions appear as delinquent, they are not going on dunning level 1. Staged Dunning is used at Bill to level. The following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
Amount due remaining is less that Minimum Dunning amount
Error:The dunning amount does not exceed the minimum required in customer profile to send dunning.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Collections Agent > Run IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the dunning as for multiple currencies, the variable l_cm_ar_total_amount is not getting reset after each currency loop. Hence it is adding up the total CM amounts of various currencies.
