Message 'Overlapping Labor Times Are Not Allowed' After Applying Patch (Doc ID 2221456.1)

Symptoms

After applying a Field Service patch* for a "Quantity will drive inventory negative" error, a new error appeared.
Profile is set at the Responsibility level to ignore Overlapping Labor.

Error:

Overlapping labor times are not allowed.

Steps:

- Update Task
- Show Service Request
- Debrief tab
         . Debrief Status = Unprocessed
         . Labor: Service Date = 04-Nov-2016 08:21

(x) Error
    Overlapping labor times are not allowed. The labor time you have entered overlaps with labor times already entered for task 12345.
