Export Items Launching WebAdi Appears Corrupted and Hangs

On : 12.1.3 version, Change Management
Export Items page appears corrupted and hangs when trying to open the WebAdi page
Expect to be able to move forward to launch WebAdi when Exporting Items
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Development Manager > Item Catalog > Browse Catalog > Select ICC > Export
2. Find that there is no way to move forward
Note: Export to Excel working find when searching for an item and launching after drilling down through the component (Simple Search > Configuration Overview > Click on link to First Level Component > Export to Excel
