Create Settlement Batches performance issue : the concurrent program run takes longer and longer when running on big datasets.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Funds Capture Responsibility > Requests> Run : Create Settlement Batches
2. Create Settlement Batches runs for long time
