US Super HRMS Manager
Queried employee
Others > Absence
Absence Type - Sick Time
Projected Start Date - 01-Sep-2016
Projected End Date - 05-Sep-2016
Click Confirm Projected Dates
Actual Start and End Dates were auto-filled with the dates entered for Projected Start and End.
Entered new absence:
Projected Start Date - 01-Nov-2016
Projected End Date - 03-Nov-2016
Save
No error or warning.

Issue replicated as customer describes.
Backdated Projected Absences are allowed.

Goal

User is able to apply Planned Leave with backdated dates.
Absences with Projected Start and End Dates in the past can be entered and saved without error or warning.
Is this expected functionality?
