In Projects the ITD Current Budget Raw and Burdened Cost Is Showing Incorrect Value (Doc ID 2222255.1)

Symptoms

When using the Performance Page in Project Management for viewing PTD and ITD values, the output has incorrect values for ITD Current Budget Raw and ITD Current Budget Burdened Cost.

For Example:

Task #= <Task Start Date = 01 April 2015
Task End Date = 31 May 2015
Total Budget Amount = 6100.00
Current Reporting Period= May 2015
Current Date = 12 May 2015, so ITD Current Budget Raw Cost is supposed to be 4200.00, but displays 6100.00
