UPK: Knowledge Center Server Management Page Shows Wrong Server Name And URL and Keeps Reverting Back To These Values When Updated.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The webserver URL and server name shown in KCenter Server Management page shows incorrect values and reverts back to the these values even after repointing them to the correct instance(e.g. TEST, DEV) respectively. Because of this, publishing to the Knowledge Center fails.
The issue can be reproduced with going to Knowledge Center>Manager > More>Server in KCenter
When publishing to Knowledge Center, the following error is generated:
Pinging of Knowledge Center Server failed.
