PO Output for Communication shows wrong cancel value for a Purchase Order with amount base lines

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a PO with Amount base lines
2. Partially receive a line and then cancel the line
3. Run PO Output for communication and verify the cancelled amount
