Cannot See Consolidated Billing Number from Receivables in Transaction Details (Doc ID 2222596.1)

Symptoms

The Balance Forward Billing Number is missing from the Transaction Details form, although it is listed in the Transaction Tab in the Balance Forward
Billing column.
