AGIS Workflow Item Type FUNMSYST Is Stuck On Active Status and is Complete (Doc ID 2223134.1)

Issue is specific to any FUNMSYST workflow type.
Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) journal batches are in COMPLETE status but one of the six item_keys of the workflow FUNMSYST still has activities that are not COMPLETE status.
Each AGIS batch requires 6 calls of the FUNMSYST workflow, each with a unique item_key. Each call has its own set of activities.
One of the item_keys of the workflow always has the ROOT activity in ACTIVE status and 6 of the TRANS_STATUS_UPDATE activity on NOTIFIED status.

The activity records do not have notification id's and no destinations. The root activity never gets to COMPLETE status because the other activities are stuck on NOTIFIED status.
The AGIS schema records are already COMPLETED and the related activities in the FUNGLINT item_type workflows are also COMPLETED, so the AGIS journals are already in the destination ledgers.

Business Impact - Root Activity never gets to COMPLETE status leaving records in a NOTIFIED status incorrectly so cannot be purged.
