On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Transit Account (ITR)  is not getting negated when Shipping and Receipt of same are transacted in different periods for type of transfer which is  between OPM to Discrete Organization.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) item : x-xxxx-test
2) Process Org WW1 & Discrete Org YY1
3) Created an Mis.Receipt for x-xxxx-test on 15th Aug 2016 for 100 qty in WW1 : Transactin_id : 123456
4) Created a Inter Org Transfer on 25th of Aug 2016 from WW1 to YY1 : Transaction_id 654321
5) Created a Receipt in YY1 on 29th Sep 2016 Transaction id : 987654
6) Ran OPM Period End processes for both Aug-16 and Sep-16


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot understand why system is not nullifying the ITR Account
