12.2 E-Business Suite Users Cannot Login To Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) Using Apple iOS (iPad, etc) When Using '@' in Password, And Receive Error 'Authentication failed'

E-Business Suite 12.2 Mobile Applications Server, Mobile Applications Related issues
Cannot login to Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) using Apple iOS (iPad, etc) when using '@' in password.
Users attempting to login to MSCA receive message 'Authentication failed'.
The issue can be reproduced via the following steps:
1. Create a new user
Password : 123@@456
2. Open iOS MSCA (iPad)
Attempt to log in by the new created user.
3. Enter User Name : TEST-USER
4. Enter Password : 123@456
5. Password is trimmed to 3 characters.
('@@456' is truncated.)
6. Cannot Log in because of below error:
The issue does not occur for iOS Inventory apps which use the same port as Forms, it only occurs for iOS MSCA apps which uses a Telnet port.
