The Item Status Does not Change in PDH (Product Hub) after Changing the Phase of the Item (Doc ID 2223592.1)

After the application of Patch 24408608:R12.EGO.D, while changing the phase of the item, see the item phase is changing, but item status is not changing in PDH (Product Hub).

Expect to be able to change item status in PDH.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: PDH Data Librarian
2. Navigate to: Item catalog > Item simple search
3. Search for an item
4. Go to Lifecycle tab
5. Change the phase
6. Promote/Demote, Apply
7. Click Pending changes
8. Click on Implement Button
9. See status remains unchanged.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, if the item search functionality is not working correctly, it can delay the engineering process for new items.
